From July 10th to 13th, the 22nd Asia Pacific International Plastics & Rubber Industry Exhibition, expanded to 110,000 square meters, concluded at the Qingdao World Expo City International Exhibition Center. Over 1,800 high-quality suppliers from around the world gathered to explore pathways for industrial transformation. Hubei Purity Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Purity Chemical") made a strong appearance with its new matrix of green protective products and circular economy solutions. Leveraging its technological adaptation to hot areas such as recycled plastics and new energy, it became a core focus of the new materials exhibition area.
Iterative product matrix adapts to new industry demands
Anchoring to core directions such as "high-value recycling" and "functional additives" in the "Top Ten Technology Trends in Rubber and Plastics in 2025", Priti Chemical released three upgrade solutions on-site:
Antioxidant solution for recycled materials: The newly launched TP-R series antioxidants combine high-efficiency phenols and phosphites to reduce the thermal degradation rate of recycled PE/PP by up to 40%. In a test conducted by a recycled film company, it achieved "95% mechanical properties still maintained after three recycling cycles", precisely matching the needs of the circular economy.
High-temperature long-lasting polymerization inhibitor system: The upgraded combination of phenothiazine and polymerization inhibitor 701 achieved an effective content retention rate of over 92% in accelerated aging tests at 45-60℃, successfully solving the pain point of "polymerization of acrylate monomers during summer storage and transportation" for Southeast Asian customers, and resulting in the signing of 5 annual supply agreements on-site.
New Energy Vehicle Dedicated Protection Solution: KY-405 Plus, a low-volatility antioxidant developed in response to the trend of lightweighting, has achieved a dual breakthrough in rubber seals for new energy vehicles, namely "withstanding high temperatures of 150℃ and low VOC emissions," and has received technical certification intentions from three leading automakers.
Green intelligent manufacturing system gains global procurement recognition
Leveraging the industrial foundation of the Yaojiagang National Circular Economy Chemical Industrial Park, Purit Chemical set up a "Low-Carbon Production Visualization Platform" at its exhibition area, displaying real-time carbon emission data for diphenylamine raw material production—an 8% reduction compared to the industry benchmark. Furthermore, its entire product line has added EU REACH Regulation Annex XVII compliance certification. "Our recycled antioxidant production energy consumption has decreased by another 10% compared to last year, fully meeting the requirements of 'bottle-to-bottle' equivalent recycling processes," explained the on-site technical director. During the exhibition, the company received 62 groups of buyers from Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, and Europe, with 8 companies reaching "customized + localized" supply chain cooperation intentions.
Deeply linking the future of industrial transformation
Concurrently with the exhibition, Preti Chemicals, in conjunction with Adsale Plastics Network, released the "2025 White Paper on Green Protection of Rubber and Plastic Materials," analyzing the technology adaptation paths for 15 specific scenarios, including recycled plastics and medical materials. At the "Circular Economy and Materials Innovation Summit Forum," the company proposed the concept of "synergistic optimization of raw material modification and recycling processes," and its "diphenylamine byproduct resource utilization technology" was included in the exhibition's innovation case collection.
